U.S. WHAT?? BILL OF RIGHTS AND AMENDMENTS OUT THE DOOR??

Amendment I

Freedoms, Petitions, Assembly

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Well i'm no socialist, communist or racist, But I'm beginning to wonder is the U.S. really

the land of the free??? you ask why do I say this? well I'm 43 yrs old and I have seen many

things change since I was a child, for example I grew up along the coast of Cali where it

used to be legal to sit on the beach and drink a beer or a wine cooler if you were 21 which

was cool..now they wont let you on the beach without being checked in by an officer after

them checking your bags coolers etc and on some beaches coolers are not even allowed..seriously? also you can't have a campfire after 10 pm on the beach?? o.k. then where pray tell is it safe to have a campfire/bonfire and no smoking outside..well then where

can you smoke for Petes sake? I'm no smoker, but when I was younger you were allowed to

smoke in bars and nightclubs and outside, oh yeah and you cant smoke in your own car if you

have anyone under 18 in your own car??? so what if you are a smoker and you have

children will your children be taken away because you smoke on your property?? also..

SEATBELTS???? If you are old enough to go into the war, are you not old enough to decide

for yourself whether you want to wear a seat belt or not? also I feel that if you are old

enough to go to WAR and die then you are old enough to drink..oh and this is a funny story a

friend of mine had a roommate whom she was trying to get evicted my friend went to the PD

the sheriffs dept, the marshalls office and told them that the roomy, that she was trying to

get evicted had a 1/4 lb of pot bagged and ready to sell, they told her there was nothing

they could do about it even though it was my friends house, they told her that the roomy

(girl she was trying to get evicted) had to allow them the PD into her room before they

could do anything??? I seem to remember people I knew getting busted for less then

that..What is going on with this country?? and its ok for gay people to raise children as a

couple? but they can't get married??? something wrong with that picture...I am not against gays living together whatnot to each their own I always say as long as it doesn't involve myself or my family..hey have at it...But, I personally don't

feel that gays should raise children in that kind of enviroment..as they will grow up

thinking its ok to be homosexual and, then what I guess the human population will become extinct after a few hundred years with no (BREEDERS)Hetrosexuals to populate the planet ..and teaching children about homosexuality in school..and removing GOD from

school That is soo very wrong..what happened to in GOD we TRUST???? I don't know this

country is MESSED UP..and all the whites hating on blacks, and the blacks hating on whites,

and the moron rednecks hating on anyone that isn't their breed..

Has the country gone Stupid??? or is it just me???

Don't get me wrong I love the U.S. but its becoming a police government and I'm not Happy with that at all..HMM Bill of Rights and amendments..OUT THE DOOR??? oh and just today they want to take cheerleading out of school..ok enough is enough already..then why not take football and baseball..maybe even all sports out of school...WTF? "There's no doubt that modern cheerleading — a combination of dancing, tumbling and high-flying stunts — is rough. But if you read the news of late, you'd think it's the world's most dangerous pastime". Whats next???? ok so today oct 17 2009 im reading that schwarznegger is banning all televisions 40 inch screens plus...wth..I guess so we'll spend money on going to the theatre to watch movies...I.E. the Elitest reap the benefits..more of our rights being taken away little by little...(incrementalism)..soon we will have no rights left..
