O.K. so I started a blog about stupid people in the U.S. and abroad..this is too funny..amazinly unbelievable...

CROWN POINT, INDIANA -- police have reopened a case of a man who died from 32 hammer blows to his head. The cause of death had been ruled a suicide. The County coroner's opinion stated that a man simply could not remain conscious long enough to hit himself in the head 32 times. (Editor's note - gee ya think?)



MANASSAS, VIRGINIA - Wayne Snider planned a heist down to the last detail. The plan was to hold up an armored car as it made its pickup at a local bowling alley. Right on schedule, Snider rushed up to the driver, flashed a gun at him and screamed, "Give it up!" The startled driver looked around inside the vehicle and finally handed the stupid criminal a large sack. It took Snider several minutes but eventually he realized a terrible mistake had been made. Instead of holding up the armored car he had robbed a laundry truck. The sack contained a bunch of dirty mop heads

LA CROSSE, WISCONSIN - Police arrested a suspect who accosted a woman near an automatic teller machine with a knife. The stupid criminal told police that he wasn't trying to rob her-- he only wanted to sell her the knife....

MARSHFIELD, WISCONSIN - A man will spend 20 days in jail for urinating on an ATM machine. Apparently James Turley became frustrated when the machine wouldn't give him any money and proceeded to pee all over the machine. Unfortunately, for Turley, a security camera recorded the whole thing in living color. A judge placed him on probation for three years and ordered him not to carry an ATM card.

LEEDS, ENGLAND - Colin Wilson burst into a fast food restaurant at closing time brandishing a wooden table leg as a weapon and demanding money. The restaurant manager, who was standing near the deep fryer, simply reached over and yanked the fry basket out of the hot grease and whacked Wilson across the face with it. The stupid criminal beat a hasty retreat toward the door. He was arrested a short time later after a nearby hospital tipped police that they had a patient with an outline of a French fry basket burned into his forehead. (Future Darwin award hopeful)

CANCUN, MEXICO - Rita Garcia, jealous over her estranged husband Pedro's way with the women, broke into her his apartment and located his unused condoms in a drawer. She carefully opened a condom and peppered chili powder in one, resealed it perfectly and then waited for the results. After a moment of passion with his 19-year-old girlfriend Pedro was rushed to the hospital with his manhood on "fire". Rita, upon her being charged with second degree assault said, "He wanted hot sex with that 19-year-old and he get it."

PADERBORN, GERMANY - Peter Howeler has been dubbed the "Bungling Bank Robber" after screwing up a bank robbery and then some. The stupid criminal, In his attempt to hide his gun from the guard on duty, he shoved the firearm into his back pocket, and discharged it into his left buttock. After being rushed to a local hospital, he was later charged with attempted robbery.

Wal-Mart's sick leave policy risks spreading swine flu

Wal-Mart employees who miss one or more days due to sickness or other reasons, including caring for a sick child, earn a demerit point and lose eight hours of wages. Employees with more than three absences in a six-month period will be disciplined, and four demerits in six months leads to warnings that can lead to dismissal.

Wal-Mart employees who call in sick don't get a sick day on their first day off, although they can use a vacation or personal day, meaning they won't be paid for that first sick day, according to a New York Times story. The policy is meant to keep workers who aren't actually sick from taking a day off.

The policy is leading to Wal-Mart employees coming in to work sick all of the time, according to the NLC.

The irony there is thick because this summer Wal-Mart offered to help the U.S. Centers for Disease Control give H1N1 virus inoculations at its stores.

On its Web site's frequently asked questions about swine flu, Wal-Mart says to follow the CDC recommendations and stay home for at least 24 hours after your fever is gone except to get medical care or for other necessities.

"Stay away from others as much as possible to keep from making others sick," the Wal-Mart site recommends. "Staying at home means that you should not leave your home except to seek medical care. This means normal activities, including work, school, travel, shopping, social events and public gatherings."

O.K. so what initially got me started on Dumb America was the whole Obama speech to the school children..and how

ridiculous it was that some schools would not let it be seen in their classrooms etc..and how Dumb and Racists some

people are..here are some examples of why I started this Blog..

MORONS, redneck racists, Bushbots and sheeple...So our children will be able to grow up and make proper
decisions about their lives..and what is so wrong with that???

MySpace video of hangar bombing leads to teen arrests

Two teenage boys firebomb an abandoned Air Force hangar and film the stunt. So far, so stupid. Then, they post the

video to a MySpace profile, making it easy for local law enforcement to identify and arrest the miscreants. The

fearsome twosome is now on the loose (or should that be lose?) again and awaiting possible charges of possessing

"destructive devices." The actual damage to the hangar was reportedly minimal.

toy gun misunderstanding in Modesto:
This is what happens when cops react to troublemaker hoplophobe "passers by". I'm guessing it's not illegal to run

around with an airsoft gun and appropriate safety equipment (ie, masks, goggles, etc.).

One clue for the officers is that real guns are aloud and go bang - Airsoft guns are quiet. The clueless officers

overreacted by involving three agencies anad the SWAT team.

The real victims here were the men, on private property, minding their own business who were detained at gunpoint.

The "passer by" should have been prosecuted for making a false report.

An American Airlines plane made an emergency landing in Nashville after passengers reported the smell of sulphur

from burning matches.

The matches were found on the seat of a woman who had attempted to conceal the odour of flatulence with the matches,

Nashville airport authorities said.

All 99 passengers and five crew left the plane while it was searched.

The woman was questioned by the FBI but released without charge and allowed to board another American Airlines

flight.

"It was determined that she was trying to conceal body odour," said Lynne Lowrance of the Nashville Airport

Authority.

She had "no malicious intent but had struck matches which is against [Transport Security Administration] rules," Ms

Lowrance said.

The unidentified woman had an unspecified medical condition, Associated Press news agency said.

She was carrying safety matches, which the TSA allows in carry-on luggage.

The matches are not allowed to be struck, however.
